Ship's Log

MyShipLog is a free online ship's log. It allows you to record everything from sailing logs to fishing logs with six different log types including nautical, fishing, fuel, maintenance, inventory, and crew.

You can also add friends and family to your boat as crew members which allows them to share your boat's logbook. As an owner of a boat, you have complete control over what type of log each crew member can read from and write to.

All this documentation is a valuable resource for boat owners, including future owners of your boat. With a MyShipLog account you can transfer all your logs to the new owner of your boat when it is time to finally sell her, while still keeping an archived version for your records and enjoyment.

Provides Voltage Protection During Engine Start

The abrupt DC system voltage drop that accompanies engine starting can cause microprocessor-driven communication and navigation electronics to “dump” programmed memory.

StartGuard solves this problem by providing supplemental voltage to sensitive electronics while the engine is cranked. It contains a sealed rechargeable battery which is switched on-line to electronics when the starter switch or solenoid is engaged. When the engine is running StartGuard automatically goes off-line and the internal battery is recharged by the alternator.
